Insurance
Supplier agrees to maintain public and product liability insurance with a limit of at least A$10,000,000 (or an equivalent amount in alternative currency which is acceptable to Buyer) per event to protect Buyer and/or itself from claims by either party's employees, agents and subcontractors for:
(a) damages caused by injury to or destruction of tangible property resulting from or in connection with any negligent act, omission or wilful misconduct of the party or the party's employees, agents or subcontractors; and
(b) for damages caused by the bodily injury, sickness, disease or death of its employees or any other person arising out of or in connection with any negligent act, omission or wilful misconduct of the party or the party's employees, agents or subcontractors........................
